Extra Virgin Olive Oil extracted by cold pressing, made 100% from morisca olives.
This is an autochthonous and almost exclusive variety of our region.
Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe quince, aniseed, figs, and ripe apples. It has a sweet initial taste, medium fluidity, a very light bitterness, and a medium spiciness.
The aftertaste is of ripe fruit.
The bottle contains 250 ml of oil and comes in a glass container with a pourer cap,
suitable for the hospitality industry.
