This is an autochthonous and almost exclusive variety of our region.
Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe quince, aniseed, figs, and ripe apples.
It has a strong initial taste, medium fluidity, bitterness, and a medium spiciness.
The aftertaste is of ripe fruit. The bottle contains 500 ml of oil and comes in a glass container with a pourer cap.
